December 25th, 2011 admin Talking about Mariacarla Boscono just hours ago and now actually seeing her in an ad campaign! Fashion talk is certainly not without irony sometimes. Stefano Pilati has opted for David Sims (after a very long collaboration with Inez and Vinoodh) for a slightly different aesthetic in Yves Saint Laurent’s Spring Summer 2012 Ad Campaign . Mariacarla herself is looking different with painted eyebrows and a mighty strange haircut. I don’t have the feeling this styling is really complimenting her look, but if that was the designer’s vision , I can’t do otherwise but admire the junkie – like chic he has put on display for the upcoming Summer season.
